摘要 目的探讨对氧磷脂酶1(PON1)活性与非酒精性脂肪肝病的关系。方法以对氧磷为底物测定30例正常人、52单纯性脂肪肝患者、41例脂肪性肝炎患者、31例脂肪性肝硬化患者血清PON1活性。结果单纯性脂肪肝组、脂肪性肝炎组及脂肪性肝硬化组血清PON1活性分别为(153.41±13.34)、(108.72±
