肌腱转位联合髂胫束移植修复大段跟腱缺损

摘要目的:探讨术后跟腱大段缺损的修复方法及效果。方法:本文利用肌腱转位联合髂胫束加强的方法对11例较大跟腱缺损的病例进行修复,术后采用循序渐进的康复锻炼,观察患者跟腱修复及踝关节功能恢复情况。结果:11例患者经修复术后未再出现跟腱断裂,踝关节功能恢复优良率达91%。结论:
